Is there really a 7-day free trial on Pro?
Yes. You can start the Pro plan with a 7-day free trial through PayPal. No charge for 7 days. If you cancel within the trial period, you pay nothing. After the trial, billing is $7/month and you can cancel anytime.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Your bio sites, QR codes, and short links remain accessible. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, features above the Free plan limits (e.g., unlimited bio pages, dynamic QR codes) become inactive but your data is preserved. Upgrade again at any time to reactivate.
What is the Lifetime plan and does it really have no recurring fees?
The Lifetime plan is a single one-time payment of $149 that gives you access to all current Pro features plus Lifetime-exclusive features — forever. There are no monthly or annual fees, ever. You pay once and own access for life, including all future feature updates.
Can I use SuperBoltz for multiple clients or brands?
Yes. Pro and Lifetime plans support unlimited bio sites, each with a separate custom domain if desired. You can manage pages for different brands, clients, or projects from one account with no extra cost per additional page or domain.
Do dynamic QR codes expire?
Dynamic QR codes created on Pro and Lifetime plans do not expire. They remain active as long as your subscription is active. Free plan QR codes are static and also do not expire. 2,550 dynamic QR codes per month on Pro means you can create up to that many new dynamic codes monthly.
